As soon as you place your order, you will receive an email order confirmation. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
Once we receive your order, we reach out to our warehouse to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.
If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your item(s) is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via email with an ETA.
Once your credit card is approved by our fraud detection system, the product will generally ship within 1-3 business days from the date of your order.
You will recieve an automatic email with the tracking information as soon as the item is shipped.
Please inspect the packaging of your items when they arrive.
If there are any products damaged upon arrival, contact us within 24 hours and we can file a claim to the manufacturer. The quicker we recieve the information, the easier it is to take care of it!

With increased demand and Covid shipping problems, products can run out of stock at our warehouses. We try to update our website as quick as possile but from time to time something can go out of stock as the order is placed. In that case, we will send you an email notifying you of the backorder, what the expected time for arrival is, and what substitutes are available in case you are interested in getting a similar product sooner. If you choose to just get a refund we can process that for you free of charge.
The expected arrival time may change due to unforeseen circumstances like a shipment getting held up at the port upon arrival or the factory missing a certain part needed to complete the manufacturing process. Covid has made accurate shipping times hard but we will always do our best to keep you updated.
Once back orders arrive, we will notify you by email with your estimated ship date and you will receive an email with tracking information within 1-3 business days.

There are hazards linked with using a bike that cannot be predicted or avoided. The rider should consider the riding conditions, weather, environment, and other factors. You must be sensible at all times. Safety should always be the top priority to avoid any harm, loss, or injury. The rider assumes all responsibilities and risks for any medical condition caused by using an electric bike.
Battery Use Risk
The rider agrees to follow all rules regarding the proper charging of the battery.
The improper use, care, or charging of a Lithium-ion battery can cause serious injury to the product, property, or person.
If the battery is tampered with or damaged in any way, do not use the product. Find a hazardous waste removal center at once.
The rider should only use the original charger that came with the bike or one that is authorized by the manufacturer.
You should correctly store the battery at all times. Keep the battery away from locations with extremely high or low temperatures. Never place the battery in direct sunshine. Do not store the battery inside cars in very hot or cold weather.
Do not expose the battery to water or get it wet.
Discontinue charging the battery if it does not charge within the specified time. Continuing to charge the battery can make the battery hot, ignite, or explode.
If there is any damage to the battery after dropping it, do not use the device. If you think there is any damage to the battery, dispose of it and order a replacement.
Never disassemble the battery in any way. Altering the battery increases the risk of explosion.
